Representative Gara, citing Uniform Rule 27(b), moved and asked                                                                 
unanimous consent to withdraw the following:                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 380                                                                                                          
    "An Act reducing the penalty from a felony to a noncriminal                                                                 
    violation for possession of marijuana as a schedule VIA controlled                                                          
    substance on school grounds, at a recreation or youth center, or on                                                         
    a school bus."                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, HB 380 was withdrawn.
